SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.

We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.

We offer free shipping only for orders in excess of Rs. 500.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included in the price.

NO RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt so that we can resolve the issue. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable.
